How Lohono Stays is fighting CoronaVirus

The terrors of a fatal virus are spreading all over, and we mean literally! Originating back to Wuhan, China, the fears of Covid-19 crossed borders way before the virus did. Due to this we have seen a major decline in the travel industry. People are cancelling their trips and vacations, avoiding crowded places and compact rooms. Travellers have realised that precaution is better than cure. They prefer staying back in a known and homely environment where comfort and convenience are only at an arm’s distance. Similarly, at Lohono Stays we are taking measures into our own hands to offer the safest environment and healthiest holiday experience to our guests.

Let’s discuss the elephant in the room. What is CoronaVirus? The World Health Organisation has defined CoronaVirus as “Coronaviruses (CoV) are a large family of viruses that cause illnesses ranging from the common cold to more severe diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS-CoV) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS-CoV). A novel coronavirus (nCoV) is a new strain that has not been previously identified in humans.” To address this issue and in order to create a safe and secure for all our guests, Lohono Stays has started incorporating various safety measures in all our villas for rent in Goa, Alibaug, Lonavala and Coonoor.

Sanitised pick-up and drop

We have started curating fully sanitised holidays, from pick-up to drop, for our rental guests. To begin with, our pick-up and drop cars come fully stocked with hand sanitisers and wet wipes for guests to instantly get rid of any germs they would have shaken hands with.

Clean sheets and towels

The sheets are changed on a regularly basis, allowing all our guests to indulge in a peaceful and worry-free nights’ sleep. All towels and hand towels are drowned in antiseptic detergents and dried out at over a 130 degree Celsius to kill germs.

Clean pools

Our pools are cleaned every day and many of them come with a natural filtration system. This helps increase the sanitation in and around the pool. Our guests can enjoy a relaxing swim in their luxury villas for rent in Alibaug, Goa, Lonavala and Coonoor.

Antiseptic soaps

To fight this virus, the most essential thing to do is to always keep our hands clean. Hence, all of Lohono Stays’ homes are also stocked with antiseptic soaps. All of Lohono Stays’ luxury holiday homes spot tissue papers in essential nooks and corners and our guests are encouraged to use them.

Clean homes

Our homes are scrubbed and cleaned on a daily basis with antiseptic soaps and detergents, leaving no room for germs and viruses. From the plate that one eats it, cutlery one holds to the knob of the washroom tap, every element is deep cleaned with the best and safest antiseptic soap available.

At Lohono Stays’ we love to pamper our guests. We like to stay ahead of the curve and beat the expectations of our guests. We offer services above the ordinary and make a genuine effort in curating the most memorable experiences for our guests. Our housekeeping staff not only keeps their own hands clean and sanitised but will keep dropping friendly reminders to all our guests to do the same.
