Refurbished homes for the rental business

There is beauty in the restored and a priceless panache in the old and vintage. At Lohono Stays by Isprava, our Luxury villas for rent retain the heritage value of the location while designing the space. Moreover, there is a classic colonial touch that laces all our holiday homes. Evidently, these factors make for our prime aesthetics. Now, we take these ahead and expand our features further with our new initiative surrounding our rental sector.

There are many destinations in the country suitable for romantic weekend getaways and long weekend plans with friends. Alibaug and Coonoor are two of these places that we are starting this new facility at. Being popular holiday locations, the two tourist spots are filled with holiday homes, some built by us and some rental houses that need that refurbishment to step into the business. With our aesthetics and establishment as luxury real estate developers, we plan on taking over some chosen existing homes and revamping them to fit with our design principles.

The homes will retain their authentic and heritage value and will be restyled where necessary to a certain extent. Some homes will simply be refurbished here and there while keeping the rest of the space as it is. Whereas, other homes will be redesigned entirely, right from the basics to the prominent aspects of the interiors. There are also some homes in Coonoor that we have purchased from the owners to redo its design completely. The idea of this initiative is to take over the rental business from the existing home owners in Alibaug and Lonavala, add the Lohono spark to their existing charm and run it with the lohono spirit. Gradually, we also plan on expanding to other locations like Lonavala and Khandala. With our aspiration of reaching overseas with our holiday homes and now refurbishing existing homes to accentuate our rental business, we are looking at expansion not just within India but also globally.
