It’s almost the end of 2020. Hopefully, the market improves and provides everyone the opportunity that they may have perhaps missed this year. Along with the negative impact that came with Covid 19, in my opinion it brought a lot of learnings, rather perspectives. Most importantly, the importance of loved ones and the meaning of being a family.
Over the past few months, all our guests who rented our villas in Goa and Alibuag and Goa have predominantly been large families and group of friends. During conversations, they did mention that being at home just gave them the time to re-strategize their life and understand what is important. They were looking for luxury villas in Goa and Alibaug with private pool where the entire family could travel to and have the best time of their lives. Of course, the place had to be sanitized, spacious and in close proximity to Mumbai.
All our homes were booked out prior to our expectations. And with things returning to normalcy we’d expect the pent-up demand would subside. However, our homes are still being sold through December. Alibuag being the most liked destination and Goa being the all-time favourite. All our villas in Goa for rent have a private pool which is the highlight of their stay. It made sense to people to live in spacious homes, 24*7 service, and that had a pool to take a dip in the afternoons.
Another factor that aids in the decision is the privacy of the location. All our villas on rent in Goa have a private pool and located in places that are away from the tourist frenzy.
